In the event of illness, a maximum of two cancellations are accepted upon presentation of a medical certificate. After this number, additional medical certificates can no longer be considered, and the standard cancellation conditions apply.
Reforma reserves the right to cancel a class up to 24 hours before its scheduled start time in the event of insufficient participant registration. In such cases, affected clients will be notified as soon as possible and any credit used for the class will be refunded or reinstated.
Reforma reserves the right to change the instructor assigned to a class, including in the event of instructor illness or unavailability.
All purchases of sessions, multi-class passes or subscriptions are personal, non-refundable and non-transferable.
Credits have an expiry date, specified at the time of purchase. No extension will be granted after expiry.

Passes purchased are valid at both studio locations. Reforma Studio reserves the right to temporarily close a studio location during quieter periods, such as school holidays, summer break, or the end-of-year holiday season. In such cases, clients will be able to use their pass at the other available studio location.
